Cyberpunk 2077 is Back from the Dead and Returns on PS Store.

Cyberpunk 2077 is back on the PlayStation Store after a long time, though with a warning. Sony has finally lifted the embargo on Cyberpunk 2077 and now players can get their hands on it. Although the game has finally made a return on the PS Store, Sony still recommends users not to play it on the PS4 console.

When you visit the Cyberpunk page on the PlayStation Store, there’s another warning that adds, “IMPORTANT NOTICE: Users continue to experience performance issues with this game. Purchase for use on PS4 systems is not recommended. For the best Cyberpunk experience on PlayStation, play on PS4 Pro and PS5 systems.

“This purchase will also be playable on PS5.”

There isn’t any doubt that at the launch of Cyberpunk, the game was replete with bugs, crashes, and other issues. However, with the passage of time, CDPR improved the game a lot by releasing several updates. Just about a week ago, Cyberpunk received a huge update related to performance and bug-fixing.  The patch included “numerous crash fixes in animations, UI, scene, physics, and gameplay systems.”

The patch further promised the reduction of crashes by, “memory optimizations and memory management improvements in various systems.”
