All you need to know about the Ubisoft Forward Event

Ubisoft in its second Forward event previewed and announced upcoming games and details lined up for Q4. These games include Immortals Fenyx Rising, the return of Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game. And some of the new games were also announced like Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake and Riders Republic. 

The Ubisoft Forward event was not all about games; Yuves Guillemot, CEO of Ubisoft, addressed allegations of racism, lack of diversity, and sexual harassment at the workplace by saying, “We are at a start of a long journey. Real change will take time.” Some more announcements were also made which include a mentorship program for women and individuals from minority/underrepresented groups.

Now let’s talk about games, shall we? Ubisoft shared some detailed information on the upcoming new game based on Greek-mythology inspired world and gameplay tactics similar to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Immortals Fenyx Rising is all set to release on 3rd December on PS4, Stadia, PC, Xbox One, and Switch.

Ubisoft has taken us all back to 2003 when they announced the remake of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake which will hit the markets in 2021. You will play this game on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. We are thrilled because this game will be rebuilt on Ubisoft’s modern Anvil Engine, it will also feature awesome new camera angles and combat controls.

Talk about making extreme sports an online multiplayer extravaganza. With a bigger audience and huge maps, Riders Republic will pump your adrenaline via various game modes such as wingsuiting, biking, skiing, and more.

Some more awesome games were also announced and shown like Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game, Rainbow Six Seige Shadow Legacy – Call me zero, Watch Dogs: Legion and Hyper Scape “Turbo Mode.”
