Xbox Gamescom 2021; new upcoming games like Forza Horizon 5 and Age of Empires 4.

Gamescom 2021 concluded yesterday with exciting updates about upcoming games as well as released games. Microsoft updated its Xbox fanbase on new upcoming games like Forza Horizon 5 and Age of Empires 4.

One of the most anticipated announcements didn’t happen, Xbox Game Studios and 343 Industries didn’t announce any release date for Halo Infinite. Halo Infinite is a fan favorite title and is scheduled to hit the consoles somewhere near this holiday season.

The show featured another look on the post-apocalyptic parkour gameplay title Day Light 2. The game is scheduled for release on 7th December. Next, Microsoft Flight Simulator’s update was discussed which will cover Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. The update will kick off on 7th September.

The show then moved towards the Reno Air Race competitive multiplayer expansion which will arrive in the next couple of months. Another flying title VoloCity will be out in November where players will fly a futuristic helicopter taxi.

As for Xbox Game Pass, developer Humble Games is launching several games: Next Space Rebels, Signalis, Unpacking, Midnight Fight Express, Archvale, Dodgeball Academia, Bushiden, Unsighted and Chinatown Detective Agency, Flynn: Son of Crimson, and Into the Pit on 19th October.

The most important announcement Microsoft made was Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is having cloud gaming on Xbox consoles. This service will be up this holiday season and this has elated the fanbase. You will be able to play Flight Simulator on your Xbox One.

Moreover, InXile’s Cult of the Holy Detonation DLC for Wasteland 3 will be available on 5th October. State of Decay’s next big update is scheduled to arrive next month. Stray Blade, a fascinating action RPG, will be released next year.

The show ended with Forza Horizon 5 taking the center stage with its spectacular intro and cover cars. The game will make its debut on Xbox Series consoles and PC on Game Pass.
